I picked up Airvault for my van thinking it would give me that extra peace of mind, and I mean, it’s not terrible or anything, it does the job to a point. But once I got into the setup, it just felt a little more basic than I expected for the price. Maybe I had my hopes too high, but I was picturing something that would make me feel properly covered, you know? I did reach out to support and they got back to me eventually, so that was fine, just not exactly fast. Overall it’s okay, but I’m left feeling like I paid for more reassurance than I actually got.

Dropping the car off was a bit slow, but it was manageable. Picking it up was where everything fell apart. We were waiting around for ages and kept being told the car was “on its way,” but nobody seemed to actually know what was going on. The updates were useless, and it felt like we were stuck dealing with some automated system instead of someone who could give a straight answer. After a long flight, that was the last thing we needed. I wouldn’t use them again.

I cancelled my order and, to be fair, the refund did eventually arrive, but it took a lot longer than I expected. Support did respond, though the replies were slow, which made the whole thing more frustrating. I don’t think it was a terrible experience overall, but the refund process could definitely be smoother and faster.

The storage space itself seemed fine, honestly... but the staff didn’t really come across as very professional. Their replies felt a bit blunt and not especially helpful, which made the whole experience feel a little off. I’m not sure I’d feel comfortable using them again.

We went to Air Vault last weekend it was such a breeze to find. Parking was close by, so we barely had to walk at all, which was a big win with the kids. Really handy location and made the whole visit feel relaxed and stress-free.

I was happy with the price. It did what I needed it to do, and unlike some places that seem to quietly overcharge for the same kind of thing, this actually felt fair. Overall, good value for what you get...
